Ian MacNessie is the thought of Gary Reed, President of PACS made into reality by Russell Miller. Vice President of PACS, former cartoonist for Disney and Artist at Large.
Russ created our Prescott Highalnd Games Mascot, Ian MacNessie, based on his other charactors he had created for the Prescott Highland Games T-Shirts designs. This time "Nessie" is here to stay as our permanant logo and trademark for the Prescott Highland Games.
